Summer 2008

Use the form below to pre-register your child(ren) for our Summer 2008 classes. Classes are held Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday for 3 hours each class, 9 hours total per week. Please pick session A or B for your appropriate aged child. Each themed week cost $90 per student ($80 for additional siblings). Students are encouraged to sign up for one or more weeks.

To calculate the cost: $90 per session for one student, $80 per session for each additional sibling

I will call Young Sprouts and pay by Visa/Mastercard over the phone.

I will pay (cash, check or credit card) in person.

Note: Class size is limited to 10. Pre-registering via the website does not finalize your registration. Payment must be received or arranged for within a week of pre-registering to secure your child(ren)'s spot on the roster.
